Though we cannot see the official launch of the Nexus 4, Nexus 7 32 GB and Nexus 10 tonight as the launch event has been called off, Huawei has come ahead and announced the launch of the Honor 2.
The Huawei Honor 2 is the successor to the original Honor which was launched last year and this time is arriving with some decent specs and pretty price tag.
Chinese manufacturer Huawei has packed in the following specifications into the Honor 2:
- 4.5-inch IPS display
- Display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels
- Its own 1.4 GHz quad-core K3V2 processor
- 1 GB RAM
- 8 GB internal storage
- 8 MP rear facing camera
- 1.3 MP front facing camera
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS
- 2230 mAh battery
The Honor 2 has been priced at 1,888 Yuan which is approximately $300 which is indeed a great price for the smartphone going by the specs it packs in, though we do not know when, if ever, will the Honor 2 arrive in the international market.
