Just days after the Huawei G8 was first spotted in China, the company has now officially unveiled the handset.
Huawei has announced the launch of the Huawei G8, which is the company’s latest budget-range smartphone offering. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 615 processor and is available in two variants – one with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, the other with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Huawei G8 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with dual tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device is equipped with a fingerprint scanner and runs on the latest Android Lollipop version with a massive 3000 mAh battery. The handset is available in White, Gold and Black colour options.
