While Nokia is maintaining the major share of Windows smartphone market, Huawei has been trying eagerly to step into the market with the Huawei Ascend W2.
The Huawei Ascend W2, which is the quick successor for the Ascend W1 which was launched at CES 2013 earlier this year, has a 4.3 inch display with resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.4 GHz dual core Snapdragon processor along with just 512 MB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Huawei Ascend W2 is equipped with a 5 MP rear facing camera auto focus camera with 720p HD video recording. The phone runs on the Windows Phone 8 OS with a 1700 mAh battery which uses Huawei’s unique power-saving technology. The device is available in Black, Blue, Red and Yellow colours.
