After initially unveiling the Huawei Ascend G6 at the recent Mobile World Congress, the company has now officially launched the handset in India.
Huawei has announced the launch of the Huawei Ascend G6 in India. The handset has a design quite similar to the Ascend P6 and has thickness of just 7.85 mm. The device has a 4.5 inch display with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage.
The Huawei Ascend G6 has an 8 MP rear facing camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android v4.3 with a layer of the Huawei Emotion 2.0 UI and a 2000 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 16999 and is expected to be available across the country shortly.
