HTC recently started sending out invites for its MWC event on March 1 and we are expecting the company to announce its next flagship at the event. According to a new report from the reliable sources at Bloomberg, the company will announce a new smartwatch along with the One M9.
There have been many rumors in the past suggesting that the Taiwanese company has been working on an Android Wear smartwatch and at MWC, we might finally get to see an HTC smartwatch. Reportedly, the HTC smartwatch will be running on Android Wear and it’ll have integration with Under Armour’s fitness services. HTC and Under Armour had announced a partnership recently.
The report also reiterates the rumored specs of HTC’s upcoming flagship. The One M9 is said to be coming with a QHD display, the octa-core Snapdragon 810, Sense 7, Dolby 5.1 audio, a 20 MP camera on the rear and an UltraPixel camera on the front.
Well, we are waiting with bated breath for the next HTC flagship and the new smartwatch should be a great addition too, considering HTC’s great design strength. There’s still more than a month to go, so we should see some leaks and more rumors on these HTC devices.
