HTC has announced the Sensation XE, which will prove to be a treat for the music lovers who are always on the go. The Sensation XE now comes with Beats Audio, a dual-core processor and improved battery life.
The XE has a 1.5GHz processor, 768 MB of RAM, a 4.3-inch qHD display, an 8-megapixel camera capable of shooting 1080p videos and a VGA front facing camera. It will run on Android 2.3.4 with HTC Sense 3.0 and will be available in 8GB or 16GB microSD card version options. The battery life is also said to be improved compared to the previous Sensation which will prove to be a boost for the device.
The HTC Sensation XE will be bundled with a set of special Beats by Dr. Dre in-ear headphones, which have track control buttons and call answer buttons. The special feature about the headset is that when you insert it into the smartphone, it will automatically switch to the custom Beats by Dr. Dre sound profile.
The handset is said to be available by the end of September but the price tag is still unknown.
