There were a few rumours upon a 4.7 inch device on Android and now here it is. HTC has come up with HTC Runnymede, which looks like an Android version of the HTC Titan Windows phone. It will be available in 2 memory capacities, 16 and 32 GB and will be available as Sim-free and with contracts as well. It also has HD and surround-sound video capture with slow playback option too. The camera may even beat the camera of the upcoming iPhone 5.

- 1.5GHz single-core MSM8255
