The HTC One M9, just like its predecessors is a gorgeous device. The new One retains the premium look and the cool metal unibody design from the previous One’s. While we got to play with Gold version, the device comes with a number of color options – a Silver model with Rose Gold frame, Gun Metal Gray, a Pink model with a Golden frame.
There are some changes in the placement of buttons, most notably the power/lock button. The power button has been moved to the right of the device, which is a good move, considering it gets hard to reach the top of the device. The buttons also have a new finish, which makes the device look even more stunning. The left of the device features the microSD card slot.
The front of the device houses the BoomSound speakers and the new front-facing UltraPixel camera is sure to be loved.
The new HTC flagship brings the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop along with the company’s Sense 7.0 UI, which arguably is the best skin out there. The Sense 7.0 UI brings a lot of Material Design along with some neat new features.
The back of the device packs in the brand new 20 MP camera with dual tone LED flash, which offers 4K video recording and more. HTC has also brought a number of software camera features, which users will certainly love.
From the short time we had with the device, we loved the device for sure. Although the device looks nothing new, we still love the metal unibody design, which is unmatched. We can’t wait to play with the device for a full review later on. Till then, tell us how you like the new One M9? Sound off in the comments section below..
