While most of the major smartphone vendors have started releasing the Lollipop update for their flagship devices, the HTC One (M8) has started receiving the update in India.
HTC has started rolling out the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop for the HTC One (M8) in India. The update, weighing 650 MB, is being rolled out Over-the-Air (OTA). The update are being pushed in a phased manner and is expected to reach all devices in the next few days.
The Android Lollipop update for the HTC One (M8) adds a new lock screen and notifications UI, improved recent apps list with support for multiple pages. To check for the update, users need to visit Settings -> About Phone -> Software update. The HTC One (M7) is also expected to get the update soon.
