With most of the smartphone manufacturers beginning to roll out the Marshmallow update to their devices, HTC too has added theirs in the list of devices receiving the update. The HTC One M8 is all set to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in UK tomorrow.
The announcement about the Marshmallow update was made through HTC UK’s official twitter handle. The tweet read “Great news! We’ll be rolling out the Marshmallow update for the HTC One M8 over the next 48 hours. One M9 to follow shortly.” As the tweet was made yesterday, we can expect the HTC One M8 in UK to start receiving the update sometime tomorrow, i.e., on January 20.
The One M9 will also receive the Marshmallow update shortly after the update for the One M8 has been rolled out. Following are the specs of the One M8 just in case you need a refresher.
