With Apple and Samsung taking the lead to launch special edition Gold plated variants of their flagship smartphones, HTC, though a little delayed, has finally announced the Golden version of the HTC One for the second time, but this time with a more reasonable pricing.
HTC has announced the Golden edition of the HTC One. However unlike the other Golden smartphones, this is carat free and is just colored in Gold, thus keeping the prices reasonably low without compromising much on the effect. HTC had earlier launched the Golden HTC One with 18 carat Gold coat and priced it at a ridiculous $4400.
This time around the Golden edition of the HTC One is priced at $845 and is expected to be shipped by mid-December. The smartphone retains all the specs like the 4.7 inch full HD display. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 600 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Also included is the 4 MP UltraPixel camera.
