The HTC One E9 devices haven’t been a secret, with a lot of leaks revealing them. Most of the leaks have been concentrated towards One E9 Plus and today, HTC has accidently revealed the device on its website in China.
While the website posting does not reveal the price or the launch date of the One E9 Plus, we get to see the device in all its glory along with specifications.
The specs are what the rumors suggested. There’s a 5.5-inch Quad HD (2560×1440) display, a first for an HTC device. It’s powered by MediaTek’s 64-bit Octa-core MT6795M processor coupled with 2 gigs of RAM.
Other specs include 16 GB of expandable storage, a 13 MP rear camera with a 4 MP UltraPixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the device will arrive with dual SIM support, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1 and the usual other stuff.
The smartphone includes a 2800 mAh battery and runs on HTC’s Sense 7.0 UI on top of Android 5.0 Lollipop.
We still don’t know the launch date but considering it was revealed at HTC’s very own website, we believe it should go official soon. HTC is holding an event on April 8 in Beijing for the One M9 Plus and we might see the One E9 devices go official there. As always, we’ll keep you posted!
