Check out our hands-on images and little snippets of our opinions on the handset from the short time we had with it.
The HTC One E8 truly picks a page from HTC One M8’s book. But, it can’t match up in terms of magnificence with that smartphone. I was initially depressed to look at it. The Grey color looked sad with a matte feel, and the white was for too damn glossy for my taste. But when I looked at the red color, which I would call a flaming red, that I was assured that HTC was on to something good.
The HTC One E8 will also comes in a blue color that will be heading later to India, according to the interaction we had with HTC.
HTC One E8 compared to HTC One M8
The E8 carries forward everything from the HTC One M8, whether it be a 5-inch 1080p display, Sense 6.0 or a Snapdragon 801 processor.
Curiously, HTC hasn’t put in an ultrapixel camera, but endowed this phone with a 13-megapixel rear cam. There is no duo camera onboard, despite the price tag.
The other attractions of the handset include BoomSound speakers and renewed BlinkFeed.
