HTC announced the One A9 last year in September which looked like an iPhone. Now, this Taiwanese company seems to be all set to unveil the successor to it in the form of the One A9s. Not only the name sounds similar to an iPhone, but, the leaked render of One A9s also shows that the phone too looks like an iPhone.
This image of One A9s shown above has been received by Evan Blass from his source at HTC. The device flaunts a uni-body metal construction and will be offered in four colors – white, black, gold, and bluish-silver.
There aren’t many changes in design as compared to its predecessor, except the fact that the camera lens along with flash has moved from center to the left of the device, earpiece has become smaller and the HTC logo that was present above the fingerprint scanner on the One A9 is removed.
The rear camera now residing on the corner of the device makes it look more like an iPhone now than before. There aren’t much details about the specifications of the device, but, all that’s known right now is that the rear camera is 13 MP whereas the front camera is 5 MP instead of 4 Ultrapixels found on the One A9.
HTC is expected to unveil the One A9s on September 1, a day before IFA 2016 in Berlin kicks off. We will know more once the device has been unveiled by HTC.
