While HTC did not showcase its flagship at the Mobile World Congress 2016 expo, the company launched the affordable HTC Desire 825.
HTC has announced the launch of the HTC Desire 825, which is the company’s latest 4G smartphone and the successor to the Desire 820. The device has a 5.5 inch Super LCD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.6 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The HTC Desire 825 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Marshmallow version with a 2700 mAh battery. The handset is available in Stratus White Remix with duo colour micro splash and Graphite Gray Remix with gold micro splash colour options.
