HTC is coming up with a successor to its Butterfly smartphone, reports Chinese site eprice. The Butterfly 2 is set to launch in January with features like a 5.2-inch full HD touchscreen, a Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor and water/dust resistance.
Currently, we have no further information the kind of camera, the RAM or the form factor of the device. It will mostly cater to Asian markets and unless HTC decides to cash on the European and American phone consumers with its model called the Droid DNA 2, it will be a limited release.
We will keep you posted on this.
