With the Windows Phone ecosystem slightly picking up in India, HP has launched the HP Stream 8 in the market.
HP has announced the launch of the HP Stream 8, which was announced by the company last year. The device has an 8 inch anti-glare IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.8 GHz quad core Intel Atom processor with 1 GB of RAM and just 32 GB of internal storage.
The HP Stream 8 has a decent 5 MP rear facing auto focus camera. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Windows 8.1 version. The tablet has 3G connectivity via a SIM card slot. It comes with free Microsoft Office license for one year and 1TB OneDrive cloud storage. The tablet is priced at Rs. 16990 and is available in Black colour option.
