With manufacturers going for tablets with bigger screens and higher resolution, HP went a step further and announced a tablet hybrid with a massive 21 .5 inch display.
The HP Slate 21 is an Android All-in-One/tablet with a huge 21.5 inch touchscreen display. The tablet has a decent resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The tablet hybrid is powered by a Tegra 4 chip and runs on the Android v4.2.
As the HP Slate 21 is announced in Beijing, not much details in regards to the specs are currently available. The exact details will be available when the device is launched in the individual country. Currently the device is priced at $399 and scheduled for launch in the US in September. For now the portability of a 21 inch tablet is a big question.
