During this year’s CES event, Huawei made the announcement that the Honor 5X would be coming to the US on January 31. Now, Huawei has said that the Honor 5X will be receiving Android 6.0 Marshmallow update along with updated UI.
The company has said that the Honor 5X will not only be receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, but, it will also get the latest EMUI 4 along with regular security patches. Although an update is scheduled for January 31, expecting a Marshmallow update on the same day it becomes available in the US would be a little too much, but again, you never know.
