India’s homegrown messaging app Hike has announced its partnership with the country’s leading cab hailing service Ola to offer hassle-free, seamless cab-booking experience to its users. Thanks to this partnership, Hike users can now book an Ola cab from right inside the app.
Booking an Ola cab from within the Hike app is pretty simple. Just open the Hike app and go to the ‘Me’ tab. There, tap on Ola and book the cab in the same way as you do from the Ola app. Moreover, you also have the option to pay for your Ola ride using Hike Wallet, which also entitles you to some cashback offers.
Commenting on this partnership with Ola, Kavin Bharti Mittal, Founder and CEO of Hike, said, “We are delighted to partner with Ola to bring taxi and auto bookings to our users on Hike, a first in a messaging app in India. We’ve made the experience incredibly simple with no need for a login and payments available through the Hike Wallet. We’re really excited by the potential of this.“
This service goes live on Hike app from February 14 i.e., tomorrow, and, apart from booking Ola cabs, Hike users can also use the app to book bus tickets and pay bills for electricity, gas, and more. You can download the Hike app by heading over to the links given below.
