Even while the Google SVP confirmed the existence of the Google Pixel 2, the details about the handsets have just surfaced.
According to reports from Android Police, Google is currently working on two Google Pixel smartphones which are codenamed Walleye and Muskie. After codenaming the first generation handsets as Marlin and Sailfish, Google seems to be continuing with the trend of codenaming the Pixel smartphones after fish.
While there are no details currently available about the Walleye and Muskie smartphones, based on the naming convention we expect Walleye to be the base variant whereas the Muskie, which is a bigger fish, could represent the bigger variant of the Pixel smartphone. We are eagerly waiting for more details about the smartphones.
