One of the most used mobile utility from Google, other than the search, is the Maps. And to reward its users and make searching even more easier, Google Maps may be getting a face lift soon.
According to reports, The Google Maps utility may be getting a new interface soon. The alleged new interface would be a full screen mode map with a floating search bar instead of the search bar at the top, and a sidebar to the left.
Though this hasn’t been confirmed yet by Google, considering their mobile first approach, the company is expected to keep their services uniform in design, hence we still anticipate a refreshed Maps look. While this could be launched as quickly at the Google I/O developer conference, which is just a week away, or maybe be kept for release after the conference.
