With the 4G smartphones selling rapidly in India, Gionee has now launched the Gionee S Plus in the country.
Gionee has announced the launch of the Gionee S Plus, which is the company’s first smartphone in India flaunting the USB Type-C port. The device has a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED Plus display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa core MediaTek processor with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Gionee S Plus has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a massive 3150 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 16999 and is available in Dark Blue, White and Golden colour options.
