Days after launching the Gionee Marathon M5 with a massive battery in India, the handset is now available for purchase.
Gionee has announced the launch of the Gionee Marathon M5, which is the company’s latest smartphone with a dual-battery setup of two 3010 mAh cells which result in a massive battery backup of 6020 mAh. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Gionee Marathon M5 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with 5P lenses and LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP 84-degree ultra-wide angle lens camera. The device runs on the latest Android Lollipop version with a massive 6020 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The handset is priced at Rs. 17999 and is available exclusively on Flipkart.
