Recently Gionee unveiled the M6 and the M6 Plus with massive battery backup. Now the company seems to be working on a mini variant of the handset.
The Gionee M6 Mini was spotted during certification at TENAA. The listing revealed not just the specs but also the design, which looks almost similar to the regular version. While it does maintain the full metal body design, the fingerprint scanner doesn’t figure in the renders. This could indicate that the handset could also be offered as an affordable offering.
The listing of the Gionee M6 Mini also reveals that the handset would have a decent 5.3 inch HD display. The smartphone is said to be powered by a octa core processor along with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Also expected is a 13 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 5 MP camera. We are expecting the company to announce the device in the next few weeks.
