Expanding its consumer base in India, Gionee has launched yet another phablet with a big screen and a massive battery. The Gionee GPad G2 is the latest offering for the Indian markets.
The Gionee GPad G2 has a 5.3 inch qHD IPS display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The phablet is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Cortex A7 processor with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage.
The Gionee GPad G2 supports Dual SIM with dual standby mode. The built-in Digital Theatre System Sound provides enhanced multimedia experience. The device is equipped with two cameras, a primary camera of 8 MP and a 2 MP front facing camera. The smartphone runs on the Android Jelly Bean OS and packs in a 3000 mAh battery for prolonged use.
The Gionee GPad will be available at retail outlets across India from the first week of May 2013.
