Gigabyte is said to readying a good looking Android smartphone which will also boast the capability of supporting two SIM cards. The Gigabyte GSmart G1355 will be dual-SIM Android smartphone which is said to be headed for the MWC this month.
While the name and a large 4.3 inch display suggest high-end specifications, one should not be fooled. The handset will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and have Qualcomm MSM7227T chipset which has an 800MHz CPU, 512MB RAM and Adreno 200 GPU.
Other features include expandable memory via microSD, 5MP camera with LED flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a thickness of 11.5mm. If priced generously, the handset could do well; else it will be a huge failure for the company who isn’t a very good name in the smartphone market.
