GD 470, the first touch-screen handset by Beetel

Beetel Teletech has announced the launch of GD-470, full touch screen mobile phone for the Indian market. The handset features dual-SIM capability and will be available at an MRP of Rs. 3,300.

The GD470 has a 2.8 inch touch-screen with a 1000mAh battery which gives 3-4 hrs of talk time and 200 hrs of standby time. Other features include Bluetooth, video playback support of .3GP, .AVI, .MP4 formats up to 25fps and MP3 playback facility. The handset also supports MIDI, AMR, and WAV formats of music. It has a 1.3 MP camera, FM Radio, expandable memory up to 8GB and offers a number of social networking and infotainment features like Facebook, Snaptu, Mig 33, Yahoo, ibibo, Vuclip, Reuters, Hungama, Penguin and an Indian Calender.
