After announcing the new Nokia Lumia 1020, folks at Nokia are still hard at work to give us the best they could. While we are still waiting for Lumia 1020 to hit store shelves, Nokia already updated Nokia Pro Cam which is exclusive to Lumia 1020 for now. The new update for version 1.6.0.2 brings Exposure Bracketing feature to the app, which we had seen earlier in our old Nokia Belle phones. The Exposure Bracketing will allow users to take multiple shots (3 or 5) at different exposure values. The Exposure Ranges available are -0.5EV to +0.5EV, -1EV to +1EV, and -2EV to +2EV.
Exposure Bracketing proves helpful when user is unsure of the correct exposure for the shot and allows him to take multiple shots without struggling with settings between shots. Pro users can use these multiple shots to combine and make a perfect HDR masterpiece. While these settings were already available in 3rd party apps like Procam, HDR camera, etc. But such features in native app is always appreciated.
If you have got a Nokia Lumia 1020 with yourself, you can update the app in app store in Nokia Collection. But the app is soon coming for other Nokia Lumia phones, so those having a Lumia 920 or 925, keep watching this space. We will update you when its available.
