COMIO C2 Lite and S1 Lite with Android 7.0 Nougat and VoLTE support launched in India

Chinese smartphone brand COMIO forayed into the Indian smartphone market with the launch of COMIO C1, COMIO P1 and COMIO S1 in India back in August last year. Later on, the company also launched COMIO C2 in India. And now today, the company has further expanded its portfolio of smartphones in India with the launch of COMIO C2 Lite and COMIO S1 Lite.

The COMIO C2 Lite and COMIO S1 Lite are both budget smartphones. The COMIO C2 Lite is powered by MediaTek’s MT737 quad-core processor that’s laced with 1.5 GB RAM. The phone sports a 5-inch display that has 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, and, it boots up to COMIO UI that’s based on Android 7.0 Nougat.

For photography, the COMIO C2 Lite features an 8 MP camera at the back along with a 5 MP camera on the front. It comes with 16 GB of internal storage, however, you can expand the storage up to 128 GB via microSD card. In fact, the COMIO C2 Lite has a dedicated slot for microSD card which means you can have two SIM cards and one microSD card in the smartphone at the same time.

Having said that, the biggest highlight of the COMIO C2 Lite is its 3900 mAh battery which COMIO says can offer 350 hours of standby time and 27 hours of talk-time.

Well, let’s move on to the COMIO S1 Lite now. The COMIO S1 Lite has specifications that are similar to that of the C2 Lite, however, both the smartphones differ in terms of amount of RAM, internal storage, camera specs and battery capacity.

Firstly, the S1 Lite has 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Moreover, it comes with a 13 MP camera at the back and an 8 MP camera on the front. However, the battery on the S1 Lite is smaller than the one on the C2 Lite. While the C2 Lite has 3900 mAh battery, the S1 Lite comes with 3050 mAh battery.
