Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has today announced that the pan-India operator has decided to make the landline plan UL-450 and UL-600 permanent in Chennai Telecom Circle.
The two Unlimited BSNL-BSNL calling plans were introduced in March earlier this year on a promotional basis.
But now it seems that BSNL is satisfied with the demand for the plan and has made the plans permanent for prospective users to opt in for. If you are not aware about the UL-450 and UL-600 plan then read more after the break.
First up is the UL-450 plan, wherein landline users will be able to make unlimited calls from their BSNL Landline to BSNL Landline (Local/STD) at no charge. They’ll able to make Local and STD calls to BSNL mobile at just 60p/minute and all other calls to other networks will be charged at Re.1/minute. All BSNL users will have to pay is a monthly rental of Rs. 450.
Next is the UL-600 plan under which BSNL landline users will be able to make unlimited Local and STD calls from their landline to BSNL landline and BSNL mobile phones all over India at just Rs. 600/month. With this all other calls to other networks will be charged at Re.1/minute.
Both the plans are quite affordable if you have a good number of people who are having a BSNL landline or BSNL mobile all over India.
