Research in Motion has officially launched the Blackberry Style 9670 for CDMA consumers. It will boast the new Blackberry OS 6 and it has a nice clam-shell design with a QWERTY keypad on the inside which has which will feature the touch-sensitive optical trackpad. It has 2 displays, the external QVGA screen for viewing notifications and messages and a high-resolution TFT screen on the inside with a resolution of 360 x 400 pixels. Other features include a 5MP camera with flash and support for video recording, Wi-Fi, built-in GPS, expandable memory slot for up to 32GB storage, Bluetooth and micro USB. The handset will also have integrated social-media content including YouTube, BBM, Facebook, Twitter and MySpace.
The smart phone should be a hit as the Blackberry market is at an all time high in India, and adding the CDMA handset will offer more choices for the consumers.
