Just months after the unveiling, BlackBerry has now announced the BlackBerry Leap in India for users requiring a longer battery backup.
BlackBerry has announced the launch of the BlackBerry Leap in India. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and 16:9 ratio. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The BlackBerry Leap has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the BlackBerry 10.3.1 version. The phone has a 2800 mAh battery, which is said to last for 25 hours on heavy use. While the pricing of the handset is not yet publicised, BlackBerry has revealed that the device would be available in the market early next week.
