Research in Motion (RIM) plans to launch the BlackBerry 10 OS and smartphones running on the new OS on January 30th and we do know that the first smartphone will be a full touch smartphone.
But today, popular leakster @Evleaks via UnwiredView, has got hands on the first marketing material that is to be used to promote the L-Series smartphone and this reveals that the smartphone could be called “BlackBerry Z10”.
This is the departure of the nomenclature that RIM has been following until now, wherein the smartphones were divided by series followed by a four digit numbering.
As you can see in the image above, the BlackBerry Z10 is pictured in both Black and White color options and this is the first time we are seeing the smartphone in White. @Evleaks has also pointed out that the much-awaited QWERTY BlackBerry 10 smartphone, currently called the N-Series could be called as BlackBerry X10 on arrival.
We are under a month and half away from the launch of the BlackBerry 10 OS and smartphones we are sure we have loads of leaks waiting for us, ahead of the launch.
