Photos of two BlackBerry smartphones powered by Android had surfaced online last month. The devices are codenamed Hamburg and Rome apparently. Out of these two devices, the BlackBerry Hamburg has popped up on GFXBench.
The BlackBerry Hamburg has been listed on GFXBench with model number STH100-x. According to the GFXBench listing, the BlackBerry Hamburg is powered by a Snapdragon 615 SoC which is paired with 3 GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. It’s running BlackBerry’s version of Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and has a 5.2-inch display with Full-HD resolution.
There’s only 16 GB of internal storage so a microSD card slot is expected for expansion of external storage, because after all, no one wants a phone which runs low on storage. The BlackBerry Hamburg features a 12 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera, something which is pretty standard nowadays. There’s no information on the listing regarding the battery though.
This is all the information we have right now. Apart from this, there’s no official information regarding available this Android powered BlackBerry smartphone.
