We saw the Padfone Mini at the recently concluded CES 2014, now the company has quietly unveiled another addition to the PadFone range – the Asus PadFone E.
The Asus PadFone E has a 4.7 inch display with a bigger 10.1 inch dock, both having resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and corning gorilla glass protection. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. There is also an Adreno 305 GPU.
The Asus PadFone E has dual SIM support with dual standby and 3G connectivity. The device is equipped with a rear facing 13 MP camera with LED flash and f/2.4 aperture. There is also a front facing 1.2 MP camera. The phone runs on the Android v4.3. The phone comes with an 1820 mAh battery whereas the docking station has a 5000 mAh battery.
