Asus, the Nexus 7 maker, promptly showed its success in the mobile device industry at the Mobile World Conference with its new Smartphone-tablet hybrid. The PadFone Infinity is the company’s offering at the conference.
The 5 inch device, which has a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, can be plugged into a 10 inch tablet dock to obtain a better display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixel. The Smartphone-tablet hybrid is powered by a high power quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor running at 1.7 GHz with 2 GB of RAM.
The PadFone Infinity has an on-board storage of 64 GB besides an additional 50 GB of cloud storage is provided by Asus. The device is equipped with dual cameras: a huge 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front facing camera.
