At the on-going Computex 2012 in Taipei, Taiwan ASUS has announced Tablet 600 for everyone out there who wished to have a Transformer from the company with upcoming Windows 8 OS on it.
The Tablet 600 runs on the Windows RT which is nothing but Windows 8 for tablets running on ARM based processors. It is powered by the powerful quad-core Tegra 3 processor with 2 GB RAM for smooth functioning. The 10.1 inch screen comes with a Super IPS+ display with a resolution on 1366 x 768 pixels.
There is also a whooping 8 MP camera with LED flash at the rear and a decent 2 MP front facing shooter. The Tablet 600 sports a full USB 2.0 port, comes with 32 GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC and all kinds of sensors like the accelerometer, gyroscope and much more.
ASUS has not spilled beans on the pricing and availability of the tablet but then we expect it to arrive later this year, after the launch of Windows 8. Impressed?
