With the 4G revolution kicking up, Archos has announced a new 4G line-up with the Archos 50 Diamond.
Archos has announced the launch of the Archos 50 Diamond, which is the company’s latest high-end 4G smartphone. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 615 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Archos 50 Diamond has a 16 MP rear facing auto focus camera with a BSI sensor and LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 2700 mAh battery.
Speaking about the Archos 50 Diamond, Loïc Poirier, General Director, ARCHOS, said, “In 2014, consumers don’t have access to high performance handsets from traditional smartphone vendors below £500. With the ARCHOS 50 Diamond, we are pushing forward the same advanced technology but we make it accessible to all consumers.”
