With Apple all set to launch the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus later today, a few details about the handset has now surfaced ahead of the launch.
The alleged press render and the retail packaging of the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 have surfaced. While we have seen several mock-ups of the iPhone 7, this could easily be the first render that we see. However, the image, which seems to be a snapshot of the presentation video, shows the back side of the handset.
The alleged press render seems to closely match with the rumours so far. Clearly visible are the smoothly rounded corners and the redesigned antenna lines. Interestingly, the 3.5 mm jack is nowhere visible, indicating that Apple has indeed done away with the headphone port.
Meanwhile the retail packaging of the iPhone 7 also was spotted. While there is hardly anything to see, the box seemed to have the Rose Gold coloured variant of the iPhone 7 inside. Further, Apple also seems to have removed the model name from the box and kept just ‘iPhone’. We should have more details later today.
