After the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy S4, Samsung is now rolling out the KitKat updates to the popular Galaxy Grand 2 in India.
Samsung has started rolling out the Android KitKat v4.4.2 update for the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (SM-G7102) in India. The update, weighing 361 MB brings the new launcher with minor UI changes. With the update the device gets support for wireless printing and emojis. Other than that, there are the regular performance and security improvements.
The Android KitKat v4.4.2 update for the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 is currently available Over-the-Air (OTA) and would be available to all users in the next few days. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Mega 5.8 and the Mega 6.3 are said to be next in line to receive the update and are expected to receive the update by the end of this month.
