Last weekend, we came across some leaked images of the LG G6 which gave us a look at the device from multiple angles. Those images showed off the brushed metal back of the device. Well, today we are looking at an Amazon listing of LG G6 cases which kind of confirms the design of the device.
This TPU Bumper case, which is a clear case made by Ringke, shows off the design of G6. The design is in line with what we have seen in the past through leaked images and renders. The presence of dual camera setup at the back is once again confirmed. Below the dual rear cameras is the fingerprint scanner which also doubles up as a power button. You can also see the G6 moniker at the bottom which was also seen on the image which was leaked last week. While that image hinted at the glossy back of the G6, recent leaks are suggesting brushed metal finish.
Going by this case renders, to the left of the G6 is the volume rocker whereas the SIM card slot is located to the right. At the top is the 3.5 mm audio jack with secondary microphone and at the bottom is the USB Type-C port which is flanked by speaker and primary microphone. You can also see rounded screen corners of the device.
Considering all the leaks and rumors we have come across till now, the G6 which is expected to be unveiled on February 26 will be powered by Snapdragon 821, it will be water-resistant and will sport a non-removable battery. It is also said to be first non-Pixel phone to come with Google Assistant built-in.
It’s also worth noting that the G6 is expected to come with a 5.7-inch “QHD+” LCD display having a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels with 18:9 aspect ratio. We are still more than two weeks away from the unveiling, so expect to keep coming across more leaks and rumors before the device is made official this month on 26th.
