An unknown LeEco smartphone has popped up on GFXBench with some flagship level specs. It’s not clear as to which LeEco device this is, but, it’s said to be the Le 2S, successor to the Le 2.
This unknown LeEco device listed on GFXBench carries model number X720 and is powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC. The device also comes with 4 GB RAM under the hood along with Adreno 530 GPU to handle graphical intensive tasks.
This alleged Le 2S features a 5.5-inch display boasting Full-HD resolution. It has 32 GB of internal storage and we hope there will be a microSD card slot to expand the storage. The device boots up to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and has a camera combo of 16 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera, similar to the one found on Le 2.
For those unaware, the Le 2 comes with Snapdragon 652 SoC which is coupled with 3 GB RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. It boasts a 5.5-inch Full-HD display which is backed by 3000 mAh battery.
The Le 2S is expected to arrive in the first week of September so expect more details to surface online till the device is unveiled.
