We have heard about the HTC M7 in the past few weeks and today, popular leakster @Evleaks via Unwired has got its hands on an alleged render image of the smartphone which is expected to be the hero device for HTC this year, as HTC is in a make or break situation.
The image does look a bit weird as the smartphone doesn’t carry any branding of HTC on the front and the actual smartphone might launch with a different design altogether at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2013, next month.
The render of the image has allegedly come from an instructional video which instructs owners of the M7 how to install their SIM card on the device. Also, the screen doesn’t have any distinct screen border which is a bit of a surprise or is lacking at least in this image.
The HTC M7 is set to arrive with a 4.7-inch full-HD display packing in a pixel density of 468 PPI, is expected to be powered by a 1.7 GHz Snapdragon S4 processor coupled with 2 GB RAM and internal storage of 32 GB which could be expandable using a microSD slot.
Android Jelly Bean OS is to run the show on the device out-of-the-box with HTC Sense 5 UI atop. The M7 is said to pack in a 13 MP with f/2.0, while the front facing shooter is said to be a 2 MP with 1080p video capture capability. HTC also includes Beats Audio enhancement into the smartphone for a great music experience.
And, as we near the launch of the smartphone expect more leaks to follow coupled with loads of rumors.
