We’ve just bumped across a new handset leak from Alcatel. The One Touch 995 is going to be an Android handset, but what’s special is that rumours say it might just launch with the recently announced Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich update.
For now the leaked specs of the handset include a 4.3-inch touchscreen, Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, a 1.4-GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera and a front facing camera and a 3D carousel UI. The company is planning to launch the handset at the Mobile World Congress 2012 and they confirm that if they don’t launch the handset with ICS, they will provide the update as soon as possible.
The price of the handset is rumoured to fall around 200 Euros, which seems very cheap for a handset that will support the new Android update.
