Thanks to Reliance Jio, we are seeing telecom operators coming up with cheaper data plans and attractive offers lately to retain their customers and attract new ones. Reliance Jio is not only posing a threat to the mobile data services of other telecom operators, but, broadband services as well. Hence, in a bid to provide more benefits to its customers, Airtel has announced the ‘myHome Rewards’ program which will provide additional data to the customers every month.

Under the ‘myHome Rewards’, Airtel broadband customers will now get additional 5 GB of free data every month per Airtel connection in their home, be it Airtel postpaid mobile or DTH. For instance, if you have three Airtel postpaid mobile connections at your home along with one Airtel Digital TV connection, you will get 20 GB data every month in your broadband account.

“At Airtel, it is our constant endeavor to delight our customers with great products and services. As a further step in this direction, we are very excited to launch myHome Rewards today. This is a gesture from us to thank our broadband customers for giving us an opportunity to serve them. Along with the unlimited free calling benefit on our landline, customers can now make the most of their Airtel broadband with the free additional data benefits.” said Mr. Hemanth Kumar Guruswamy, CEO – Homes, Bharti Airtel (India).

Those customers who are interested in claiming myHome Rewards can register their connections by using the myAirtel app or by visiting www.airtel.in/myhome. This offer can be availed by existing as well as new customers having Airtel postpaid or DTH connection.
