Recently we saw Aircel and Airtel offering the Apple iPhone 4S at insane prices on pre-order. Today we have bumped into Aircel’s website to find that the tariff plans for the handset are out.
Aircel claims that you can recover up to 50% of your iPhone 4S cost over a period of 2 years.
For the 16GB version you pay a monthly rental of Rs. 950 and get 3,000 minutes of local and STD calls, 350 local and STD SMS, 650 MB of 3G/2G and 1GB of Wi-Fi data. So about 1,000 bucks per month for the next 2 years, doesn’t sound too good does it? Other variants have monthly rental of Rs. 1,150 for the 32GB version and Rs.1,350 for the 64GB version.
So you think you will buy the iPhone 4S at such high prices? Do comment.
