Earlier this month, before the official launch of the Acer Iconia B1, there was a rumor that Acer might launch its 7-inch tablet for Rs.7,999 in the last week of January in the Indian subcontinent. And Acer has now officially launched the Iconia B1 for Indian consumers.
As previously rumored, the Acer Iconia B1 has been priced at Rs.7,999 and packs in a 7-inch display while running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box.
The Iconia B1 will arrive with 8 GB of internal storage which could can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD slot. It is powered by a powerful 2710 mAh battery and arrives with a front facing VGA camera for video chats.
