At the CES 2013, Acer went on to official announce the launch of its 7-inch Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS running Iconia B1 tablet. And in about a week of unveiling of the tablet, Acer officially launched the tablet in India for Rs.7,999. We do know that a lot of you are awaiting to buy this tablet and there is some good news coming in for you.
The Acer Iconia B1 is now available with online retailer Infibeam at Rs.8,199. We are not sure as to why the retailer is charging an extra of Rs.200 when the device was announced to launch at Rs.7,999 but there might have been some last minute changed from Acer on the pricing.
The Acer Iconia B1 packs in a 7-inch capacitive screen with a display resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels while it is powered by a 1.2 GHz MediaTek dual-core processor coupled with 512 MB RAM. There is 8 GB of onboard storage which can be expandable to 32 GB using a microSD card.
