After a few leaks and even appearing in real flesh, Acer has officially announced the launch of its 7-inch tablet – Acer Iconia B1-A71 at the ongoing CES 2013. The Iconia B1 arrives with a 7-inch capacitive multi touch screen and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Mediatek dual-core processor coupled with 512 MB RAM.
The Iconia B1 will be available with a starting price less than $150 and not at $99 which was reported earlier.
The 7-inch tablet will arrive with 8 GB of internal storage which could can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD slot. The B1 is powered by a powerful 2710 mAh battery and arrives with a front facing VGA camera for video chats.

It was rumored earlier that the tablet would be launched in India for Rs.7,999 by January-end but we still cannot confirm anything on it until we hear it from Acer officially.
